Erik founded Aerial9 Media and plans and directs the shoots. He works with agents, builders and architects on what each project needs, and leads strategy for Partner Program clients.

The studio
A photography and video studio in Carlsbad, California. For more than ten years we have worked with real estate agents, builders, architects and hotels across San Diego County and Orange County.

Operations and content
Zoë runs scheduling, client communication and content for the studio. She manages Partner Program calendars and posting, and shoots on production days.

Brandon Rivera
Delivery and quality control
Brandon checks every photo set before it goes out and manages delivery through the client portal. He also answers the studio phone line.

Our editors cut every video and finish every photo, with color, sound, captions and a final check before delivery.
How we work
We start with a plan. For a listing, that means knowing what makes the home worth seeing and where the media will be used. For a commercial project, it means a shot list and usage terms agreed before the shoot.
The team is small on purpose. You work with the same people from the first call to delivery.
Most of our clients are real estate agents and builders in coastal North County San Diego. We also work with developers, architects, designers and hotels, and with agents in Orange County.
